No Exploitation 3i Recruitment offers all of our clients the same competitive rates and bonuses. We do not exploit clients for urgent or specialised needs. We do offer negotiated rates for our long term engagements. Our offerings are consistent and unbiased for all of our clients. Continuous Improvement We continually strive to be better!

Fixed Cap Pricing 3i Recruitment can also provide Fixed Cap Pricing for a well-defined piece of work or E2E solution delivery. Our Fixed Cap Pricing is calculated on our competitive rates, and will contain a degree of contingency, dependant on the clarity of the business requirements.
At 3i Recruitment, we offer Fixed Cap Pricing where the project costs will be tracked, and if the project is delivered under budget, you will only be charged for the work completed. Costing will be completely transparent, including any contingencies.
