Our Methodology

CKI People follow a process that is heavily geared on understanding and analysing the Client’s “current state”.  This reviews cultural requirements, environment size, maturity of technologies, and a profile of successful employees. Moving to the Client’s desired needs, we link up how the person will fit into the environment. This process negates the “body shop” approach that can lead to poor hiring decisions and loss of monies.  We become intoned with the organisation and provide a better “Consulting” model where we can paint a true picture to potential Candidates
